EUROATIC’s Business Policy
ATIC is committed to providing quality promotional merchandise to MANITOU
subsidiaries and dealerships worldwide.
- EUROATIC offers products for sale on EUROATIC.com and its e-commerce business services are available to the “MANITOU Customers" only.
- «MANITOU Customer" shall mean that you either work for a MANITOU subsidiary or/and dealership. EUROATIC does not sell to individuals or companies outside of the MANITOU network.
Ordering information
Authorised MANITOU Customers can order by phone, fax, and email or by
using the web site.
- Sending the order form, you confirm to acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy
- Upon submission of order form, EUROATIC shall send you within 24 hours, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (the product's main characteristics, a detailed indication of the price, terms of payment, return right and shipping costs).
- EUROATIC may not keep up purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect, or orders for products that are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail or fax that the contract has not been executed and that EUROATIC has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.
No minimum order value applies.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Euros or USD
on a Ex-Warehouse basis. The prices do not include transport costs,
insurance, taxes or custom duties.
Due to exchange rate and cost fluctuations, prices are subject to change
without notice.
Warranties
EUROATIC does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products
of lower quality as compared to the corresponding standards offered
on the market.
Returns & Refunds
No Licensed Merchandise return will be accepted without prior written
authorization. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased
products, EUROATIC will not accept:
- products that have been altered from their original status, washed or damaged
- products that are not in their original packaging
EUROATIC must receive the goods
within thirty (30) working days from the date of your receipt thereof.
Whatever the term of payment used by you, the refund procedure shall
be started by EUROATIC within thirty (30) days from when EUROATIC learns
of your decision to exercise your return right, after checking that
the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned
products are accepted.
If the return right is exercised in conformity, EUROATIC shall refund
the sums paid for the returned products, net of any shipping costs for
the delivery to you of the purchased products.
Claim policy
We take special care to manufacture, pack and ship our Licensed Merchandise.
If packages are damaged upon arrival, please notify immediately the
delivering carrier and us.
Once the complaint is received we will deal with it within 48 hours.
If there are any delays you will be notified either by phone or post.

Changes
EUROATIC reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at
any time. If we do make changes, the revised version will be posted
on this site. These Terms & Conditions were last amended on 31st
of August, 2008.
